A96. Section V.B.1.b of the #Brownfields Assessment, RLF and Cleanup Guidelines (pages 29, 21 and 31, respectively) ask for demographic information about the community. The narrative directions instruct applicants to provide Per Capita Income information, however, the example table format included in the guidelines lists Median Household Income instead and may confuse applicants about what information they should provide. Applicants should follow the narrative instructions in the guidelines and provide data for the Per Capita Income for their project area. While not specifically requested, applicants at their discretion, may also provide data on Median Household Income to further support their proposal.
